- STEP 3 - Reserve your desired unit by paying the reservation fee so that your chosen unit will no longer be offered to other buyers (First come first serve basis). Once you have reserved your desired unit, the Final Block Number & Lot Number of your house will be indicated on your reservation form.

- STEP 5 - Start to pay your downpayment after 30 days from the date of reservation. Monthly Downpayment is covered by Post Dated Cheques (PDCs) and is payable to the developer's name.
- STEP 6 - Wait for your Pag-IBIg loan to be processed and approved. Upon loan approval, developer will provide a move-in notice to be mailed to you. Buyer may now inspect his/her unit and eventually move-in.
